Application Requirements for Transfer applicants

New transfer applicants should submit the following at least one month prior to the registration period of the first semester of every academic year:

1. An official copy of transcript of records (true copy of grades are accepted) from each college attended, for evaluation, regardless of their intentions to validate their advanced credits;
2. An accomplished application form (UP Form 3.1);
3. Two passport-size photographs; and
4. A non-refundable application fee of P100 for Filipinos (P150 for resident foreign applicants or $20 for non-resident foreign applicants) – may be different now
If qualified, they should submit an official copy of their transcript of records and certificate of honorable dismissal before the University admission slip can be issued.
