The requirements for admission into a doctoral
program are the following:
1) Bachelor’s degree, in the case of a direct
doctoral program, or a Masters degree or its equivalent, from a recognized
institution of higher learning; GWA to be set by unit but not lower than 3;
2) Intellectual capacity and aptitude for
advanced studies and research;
3) Language proficiency; and
4) Health certificate and other additional and
special admission requirements imposed by the University and the college/unit
or Graduate Office/Committee concerned.
The language proficiency requirement is the
same as in the Diploma program. [Refer to Post baccalaureate Diploma Programs

Each application for admission into a doctoral
program shall be accomplished in the official application
form
and accompanied with the official transcript of records, and written
recommendations from two (2) former professors or experts in the field.
